What are faux freckle tattoos?
Faux freckles are semi- permanent tattoos that creates the look of soft sun kissed freckles or beauty marks in areas such as cheeks, nose, collarbones, shoulders and more. Our most popular asked freckle is a Heart Shaped Freckle.
Color and placement will all be customized per client.
During your appointment:
We will have an in-depth consultation with you at the time of your appointment. This will include discussing your goals of where you'd like to have freckles placed, color selection, mapping out areas, numbing and the procedure.
Preparing for your appointment:
- Must be 18 y.o +
- Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- No sunburnt skin. Must avoid direct exposure to sun at least 7 days before.
- No Accutane within 1 year
- If you are prone to keloiding or hypertrophic scarring this is not recommended.
- Not recommended for clients who wish to have future laser facials, chemical peels or microdermabrasions. Including the use of retinols, AHAs, or Vitamin C products as this will fade the tattoo.
- Facial fillers, botox must be done 4 weeks before.
- Facials, Microdermasion or laser treatments 4 weeks before.
- Discontinue the use of AHAs, Retinols in the area 1 week prior.
